We are a software development company providing holistic solutions for clients intent on giving their businesses the technological edge in today’s demanding markets. With a focus on maintaining high levels of quality across the price spectrum, we were founded in xxxx as a direct challenge to the low-cost/low-quality/high-churn software development model.

Mr. Dilip Kumar

Role: IT Functional Head

In his role as IT Functional Head, Dilip is responsible for the actual delivery of our ambitious vision – that of providing the perfect product and service for our clients. Holding a Masters of Science in Information Technology, Dilip began his career in the technology space of the US Health Care industry. Now, with over 10 years of accumulated experience in a highly competitive industry, he is a proven performer in the enterprise web and mobile applications field. Thorough knowledge of Software Design and Architecture in general, underpins specific expertise in – Java/Spring, Python/Django, PHP-YII2, MySQL, MS-SQL, PostgreSQL and ASP.net with C#, Linux and Android while He is also well versed in Electronic Data Interchange software development across all its major standards – ANSI, HL7, EDIFACT. His strong and calm leadership style is influenced by an abiding interest in spiritual philosophy.

Mr. Parthasarathy J.

Role: Senior Software Engineer

Partha brings over 6 years of full-stack development experience in both client and server-side technologies like PHP/Yii, Java, Bootstrap, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, and jAngular. A strong technical base thanks to his Bachelor of Engineering in CSE(Computer Science and Engineering) enables him to quickly adapt to evolutionary trends like container management (Docker and Kubernetes) and Micro Services while also mastering cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services. Responsible for the successful execution of the software development cycle, he is deeply involved in all its levels- understanding/defining requirements, implementation, testing, and deployment while leading his team of developers. Much influenced by and an expert in the use of the version control system GIT, he adopts a GIT- like approach to development- collaborative, rigorous, disciplined, and transparent. Partha’s first love has always been technology but cricket and travel do compete successfully for his time and attention once in a while.

Jai Ganesh M.

Role: Senior Software Test Engineer

A software tester par excellence, Jaiki leads our quality assurance team; tasked with maintaining the high quality we are synonymous with, across our entire product range. Influenced by the Agile software development methodology, Jaiki collaborates closely with developers, clients, and end-users to deliver timely and feasible solutions with the application of quality engineering principles. He collects, collates, codifies, and analyzes end-user stories/feedback with an understanding and respect for the defined software requirements. Jai is an expert at applying automation to all levels of testing (System, Integration, Regression) in the service of efficient bug detection and tracking. He is also a capable systems administrator with proficiency in the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various enterprise hardware/software systems; dealing with workstations, networking, firewalls, access control, and backups among others. A Bachelor of Engineering in Electricals and Electronics engineering also provides Jaiki with the broad knowledge base required to create concise technical documentation/wikis for our products and services. He loves music and traveling the world in the company of friends.

Dinesh M.

Role: Sofware Engineer

With over 6 years of experience as a full-stack developer, Dinesh is fluent in various server-side languages, frameworks, and services like PHP/Yii/PHP MVC, Java, Springboot, and MySQL. However with an innate aptitude for HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript, and JQuery; front-end web application development is his true forte. Dinesh works closely with clients to understand and define the basic requirements which form the foundation on which every successful software is built. He is also involved in bug fixing, deployment, and maintenance. Dinesh has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering. He keeps fit by playing cricket and relaxes with music and travel.
